Return Policy ("Returns and Refunds" page)

You can decide to return any product purchased on DLS within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you have made a purchase as a "guest":

  • Click the "Guest Tracking" link in the "Order Confirmation" e-mail
  • Enter the order number and your e-mail address
  • Enter a new password in the form "Transform your guest account into a customer account"
  • Choose the order you wish to return from the "Orders" section and click on "Make return".
  • You will receive a return confirmation and return instructions by email.

If you have made a purchase by creating an account:

  • Login using your credentials
  • Choose the order you wish to return from the "Orders" section and click on "Make return".
  • You will receive a return confirmation and return instructions by email.

You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.

If your return does not meet the required conditions (same conditions in which you received them, with all their original labels and must be in their original packaging), the package will be returned to you and the refund will not be made.

Bespoke orders are manufactured especially for your order. For this reason, bespoke products cannot be returned.

Amount of refund

The administrative costs of reimbursement are borne by the shop. On the contrary, all shipping costs, both by courier and postal service, are at the expense of the customer. You will therefore be fully refunded the value of the returned products.

Methods of refund

The shop operates from the European Union: for this reason, all transactions, even in currency, are converted into Euros following payment by the customer. For payments in currency other than Euro, Tip Tap Factory S.R.L returns the amount in Euro, the amount in currency is then calculated on the exchange ratio on the day the refund is made. The risks related to the exchange rate are therefore borne by the customer.

Reimbursement times

We usually accept returns within 3 working days of receipt at our warehouse. After acceptance we will immediately request a refund and send a confirmation email.

Refund times vary depending on the payment method chosen:

  • Credit Card: our bank will refund your money within 7 working days from the email Confirmation of Return Acceptance. The time required to view the refund on your account depends on your card issuer

What to do if you have a problem with the product received

If you have encountered a problem with the product, please contact our Customer Service Department: we will offer you a suitable solution.
